I have had many years of experience with pets. I have had pets in my home personally forever. I am a member of NAPPS (national association of professional pet sitters). I have taken Red Cross dog first aid course. I especially love seniors . I also do dogsitting for family members and friends . My house is furniture and bed friendly to dogs. I will spoil your baby and they will love all the attention.

Kathy gave such wonderful care to my dog! She took us in rather last minute and agreed to board my Lala for two days and one night. I had only just rescued my dog two weeks before her stay with Kathy, so I really didn’t know yet how my dog would do with daycare. She proved to be quite a handful and that’s probably an understatement. Despite Lala’s anxiety and antics, Kathy kept my girl for the whole booking, took her for many walks, supervised lots of playtime, and most importantly kept her safe. She sent me plenty of pictures and updates as well. I suspect that many other sitters would have terminated our booking early, as my dog began her shenanigans less than an hour after I dropped her off. Which would have meant leaving work 11 hours early and calling out the next day too. I’m very grateful to Kathy for her excellent care and commitment during what I know was a challenging and stressful weekend! Thanks again, Kathy!!
Sam had the time of his life with Kathy and her gang. She was responsive, accommodating and provided updates. We never worried about Sam, he was in good hands the whole time.
Kathleen and her pack made Sam feel so welcome. She gives the dogs space to do what they need to do to be comfortable, which I appreciate. She played ball with Sam which made him super happy. And it sounds like Sam and Kathleen's 8 year old lab Ruthie became fast friends. Sam moped after we picked him up which is always a good sign that he enjoyed himself. Sam will be coming back for future visits.
Kathleen did a wonderful job watching my dog for me while I attended a wedding. I really wanted to make sure my dog would have other dogs to play with during his stay and Kathleen has dogs of her own which my dog got along with well. She shared photos and updates in the rover app and was able to accommodate the late evening pick up. I recommend Kathleen.
Kathleen was amazing to work with! She was very responsive, caring and flexible! My pup had a great time with her and her dogs! I was very nervous at first as she has bigger dogs and mine is not great with other dogs especially bigger ones, but as she assured her dogs were extremely calm, so my pup got along with the perfectly. I enjoyed the photos and videos Kathleen shared of my dog!
Kathleen was wonderful! She was quick to respond and very flexible. Well equipped with puppy gates and pee pads just in case. My senior was well taken care of. I would highly recommend Kathleen.

Schedule
I am retired and embracing the idea of opening my home to furbabies that need of a place to stay while mommy and daddy are away. I am available for overnights and vacation stays also.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fenced yard and 4 of my own dogs to help keep your dogs company. They are rescues ( labs and lab mixes )and used to having dog visitors on a regular basis. I foster for a lab rescue occasionally and my dogs love that also. Your dog will love all the time and attention he or she will receive while they are here. My home is couch and bed friendly also. I can crate your dogs if you want also .
Pets
A typical day
I take dogs on long walks at least twice a day. We play in my fenced yard. Ball catching and retrieving. Frisbee if your dog needs it. Romping and season appropriate I have a small doggie pool and can play in sprinkler and hose activities.
