Hi! I’m Kat, a lifelong animal lover with over 15 years of experience caring for dogs and 5 years with cats. Having lived with and cared for both, I understand their unique personalities and needs - whether that’s long walks, playtime, feedings, or simply keeping them company (& giving them endless love and belly scratches ofc!). I’m based in Williamsburg and often in Manhattan (FiDi, Downtown, and Uptown), so I’m happy to care for pets in all of those areas. I know how important it is for pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their humans are away, and I always treat every pet like they’re my own. We were able to find Katherine last minute after our family could no longer watch our cat Ozzie. First time ever leaving him with a non family member! Everything turned out great! I receved updates and pixtires daily and I could tell he warmed up to her and enjoyed his time. Ozzie was in great hands and we were lucky to have found her at such short notice.
Katherine was great! It was a last-minute request but Roma seems to have had a great time, and pickup/dropoff went smoothly. Katherine was responsive and sent photos throughout the stay!
Katherine is amazing! I needed a walker last minute and she came to the rescue. My dog Toby had an absolute blast with her. Along with pictures, Katherine also wrote a cute little summary detailing everything that occurred during Toby's walk.

I’ve had my share of sitters over the years, but Katherine is undoubtedly the best dog sitter I have ever had. From the moment we’ve been in contact she’s been nothing short of responsive, caring, and reliable. She took the time to ask extensive questions about Saint’s care and completely put me at ease with any worries I may have had. Saint stayed with Katherine for over two weeks and there was never a moment when I was even slightly worried because I knew he was in the best hands! She sent photos, constantly keep me updated, and took him on the most fun adventures! For other dachshund owners, as cute as our dogs are we know they aren’t always for everyone, but Katherine is such a pro and clearly a huge dog lover! I could tell my pup was having the best time. I can’t wait to have Katherine watch Saint again in the future, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of booking her! You won’t regret it!
Katherine took great care of my 2 dachshunds - Churro and Cookie. I was out of town for a week and she came over to my house twice a day, took them on long walks, sent photo updates. I really appreciated how tidy she was and the constant communication. I highly trust and recommend!

Schedule
I live in a pet-friendly building with plenty of space for play and relaxation. If a pet requires crating, I have room to accommodate that, but I also ensure they have time to roam, play, and feel at home. In a client’s home, I follow their pet’s routine closely-whether that means regular walks, playtime, feeding schedules, or just offering companionship. My goal is to create a comfortable and stress-free environment, whether in my home or theirs, so pets feel safe and well cared for.

A typical day depends on each pet’s routine and energy level, but I always aim to keep their day structured, comfortable, and engaging. For dogs, that may include morning walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of attention throughout the day. For cats, it might mean feeding, litter care, play sessions, and quiet companionship. I also make sure to send updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are happy and well cared for while they’re away.
