My husband and I are dog lovers! Our kids have grown to be the same. We are experienced in boarding, walking, day care, drop ins, etc. We are comfortable with medically compromised dogs, as one of our previous fur babies suffered from an autoimmune disease. We both work from home, so we have the availability to provide frequent potty breaks, play time outside, walks, and overall love while we have your pet in our home. Our current dog, Zeke, loves to play and will gladly welcome furry friends into his home :) Your dog must be okay with kids and other dogs and CANNOT be an excessive barker. They MUST be house trained, and obedient. We do not have the capacity to care for dogs who are not trained.

Katy and Tanner and their kids took excellent care of Alex. I was afraid he was not going to want to come with me because he was so happy at their house.
We could not recommend Katherine and Tanner enough! Our two-year-old golden retriever stayed with their family for six nights, and they were wonderful from start to finish. They sent consistent updates and pictures, were always quick to respond, took him on walks, and had a great backyard for him to play in. It was clear he was getting lots of love and attention which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We knew he was in great hands and would love to have him stay with Katherine and Tanner again!
Excellent communication throughout the booking and stay. Our dog enjoyed his stay and was happy doing his regular routine. Will plan to have our dog stay again soon.
Katie and her family took wonderful care of our 5-year old golden doodle. Our dog came home happy and we didn’t worry for a single second during her stay as she looked so happy in the daily pictures and updates that Katie provided. We 100% would try to book future pet sitting services with Katie and would consider shifting travel dates, if possible and/or necessary, to fit their schedule.
Katherine and Tanner hosted our 10 year old golden retriever. It was a wonderful experience not only for our dog, but also us. We received daily pictures and feedback. It was clear our dog was being incorporated to their family playtime, just like he would be at home. When I picked him up, he did not seemed stressed or exhausted from worry about being separated from us. I felt that their family truly enjoyed watching our dog. Katherine and Tanner will be my first choice in the future for hosting our pup!

Schedule
We have full availability, unless a previous commitment is scheduled. We work from home and never leave the house for more than two hours at a time.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large fenced yard and a child proofed home. Your pet will enjoy lots of time outdoors in our yard, playing with our dog and kids. We take nightly walks around the neighborhood and several potty breaks throughout the day. We keep several bowls of water around for frequent hydration breaks!

A typical day
Your dog will enjoy running around our spacious backyard, coupled with playtime in the water hose or the doggie pool during the summer months. When it’s cool outside, we go on several walks around the neighborhood and to the parks.

- Please let us know any special needs for your dog throughout their stay, including if they prefer certain toys/activities, and if they need to be fed, please provide their food with directions. We request that you bring their dog bed, leash and collar and anything else that would make their stay more enjoyable. We can typically accommodate whatever your pet needs, but just need a heads up!
