Availability
For full day or multi day house sits I don’t mind driving far. For daily drop ins or walks, I will keep a smaller radius (Redwood City to Palo Alto). Other than that, I’m in between jobs right now so I am pretty flexible to your needs. I have soccer practice at night for about two hours, other than that, everything can be adapted to your family’s needs.

I am a very adaptable person, and I learn quickly. If your dog has any special needs or anything I really don’t mind taking care of them if you show me how.
A typical day
I will take them on long walks exploring the neighborhood. We can hang out at a park if it’s a nice day. If you don’t mind me driving your dog, we can take a little hiking adventure or go to the beach (I don’t mind bathing them after). I know some good trails for dogs. Of course I will bring plenty of water and make sure the ground isn’t too hot for them and that there is plenty of shade if it’s a particularly hot day.

Hi! I’m a very energetic person and I love to run around and have fun. If I pet sit for you, I will enjoy taking long walks with your dog, playing with them at home or out side. As far as experience, we’ve had dogs in the house since I was 14. One of them has a platelet disorder and for years used to take twice daily medication, both liquid and solid, so if your pet has any special medications I would feel very comfortable making sure they got their proper dosage every day. I’ve dog walked for a family before as well as many unofficial dog sits for my cousin’s dog. I’ve never looked after cats before but I’ve lived with cats a few times and feel confident that I could handle it if you let me know how you’d like them cared for. Growing up we also had a range of pets from fish to guinea pigs and hamsters that I helped take care of.

Katherine was a great sitter for our dog. She stayed nearly two weeks at our house and took great care of our dog and our house. She is trustworthy and seems to genuinely love animals.
Katherine house sat for me multiple times and watched over my dog a handful of times. Every thing is always left in pristine condition and my dog is always happy to see you. Great communication, give periodic updates, and polite. Cannot recommend enough!
