Pet care experience

We are a mature couple with a small 11yr old dog of our own who comes with our package! We can sit anywhere in the UK and Wales! We have owned and cared for many animals over many years. Ex hobby farmers, we are experienced with a plethora of pets and farm creatures. Kat holds a Canine First Aid qualification which was a classroom course run by a qualified vet. Ewen owned and bred cattle for 30 years, He also owned horses and dogs. Kat worked on a community farm and gained much experience with pigs, goats, cattle and did training with The Donkey Sanctuary. We had our own smallholding for some years where we bred pigs, raised lambs, chickens and Turkeys. We have completed work aways on 2 farms since 2020, where we helped with Lambing and Calving. We are able to care for dogs that need medication and happy to discuss caring for other pets/animals in the household.

Katherine was brilliant! Great communication, sent updates whilst we were away and the house was spotless! She was great with the dogs, we have quite a nervous one and she built a great repor with her. It was so nice to go away and know my dogs were in safe competent hands and not have to worry! Would highly reccomend

I would have no hesitation in recommending Katherine for your pet sitting. She has ample experience with animals, has a dog of her own and has common sense and empathy. She has looked after our aged dog on several occasions and done a wonderful job of ensuring his safety and comfort which makes all the difference when you leave your pet in someone else's care.
