Our dog Rudi had the best time with Katie today. She instantly warmed to her and you can just tell that Katie is a natural with dogs! Her communication in the lead up and during her time with Rudi was perfect, it was so nice to see pictures and videos of Rudi being herself and looking relaxed and happy in Katie’s lovely home. Katie has walked our cocker spaniel Roy for the past 4 years, and has had him overnight on several occasions. Roy always enjoys his walks with Katie, and Katie’s been great at working with us through periods where Roy needs to be kept on lead or is a bit more anxious (Roy is a rescue). I’m completely able to design my week how I like - I work full time but I can work from home and rise earlier and take long lunches for walks etc.

Although I live in a flat I have taken care of dogs in this flat as I am local to a big grassy area for quick toilet visits and a huge park for longer walks. When caring in someone else’s home I would be incredibly respectful of the space and treat it like my own - very tidy and caring.
