For nearly four years, my wife and I lived in Spain, where we built our life around our two beloved dogs. Being pet parents ourselves has taught us just how deeply our animals are part of our family—and how hard it can be to leave them in someone else’s care. We’ve traveled enough to know the difference a great pet sitter makes. The best sitters don’t just follow instructions; they offer genuine peace of mind. Unfortunately, we’ve also experienced the opposite, where a lack of communication or attentiveness created unnecessary stress. Those experiences shaped how seriously I approach pet care today. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. I’m attentive, communicative, and highly responsible, always making sure pet parents feel informed and reassured while they’re away. I believe clear updates, consistency, and thoughtful care make all the difference. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience caring for pets with medical needs, including administering medication, managing special treatments, and supporting older dogs requiring palliative care. These experiences have taught me patience, vigilance, and the importance of compassion—especially when pets need a little extra support. Above all, I care for pets the way I hope others would care for mine: with warmth, respect, and genuine attentiveness.
