I've been caring for animals my entire life and understand that pets are family. Growing up, I had a variety of pets and learned early on the importance of patience, consistency, and compassionate care. Today, I'm the proud owner of Gandalf, my 13-year-old Mini Schnauzer, and David, my 12-year-old Flame Point Siamese cat. Caring for senior pets has given me firsthand experience with the extra attention, patience, and routine they often need as they age. I'm also a devoted "auntie" to Kyler, a young German Shepherd, and Annie, an Australian Labradoodle, so I'm comfortable with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. Friends and family describe me as friendly, dependable, and trustworthy. Whether your pet needs a leisurely walk, playtime to burn off energy, companionship while you're away, or extra patience and care during their senior years, I'll treat them with the same love and attention I give my own pets. My goal is simple: to provide you with peace of mind and make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away. And if your pet enjoys a few extra belly rubs, hugs, snuggles, or words of encouragement along the way, I'm always happy to oblige!

We couldn’t be happier with Katie! Moxie is a well-behaved but energetic 6-year-old mixed pup, and Katie handles her with such confidence and care. Moxie comes home happy and tired out in all the right ways. It’s clear Katie genuinely loves the dogs she walks — always sends sweet updates and photos too. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I’m new to the Carmel area and am spending the summer getting settled and exploring all that Indy has to offer. I currently have a flexible schedule and am available for dog walks, drop-in visits, and pet care throughout the week and on many weekends. As a pet owner, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your furry family members in someone else's care. Our family uses Rover for our own pets and I know firsthand the comfort that comes from finding someone dependable, communicative, and caring. I’d love the opportunity to return that favor to other pet parents in our new community.
