Relax when your dogs are with us.
General Info: Dog walking, daytime or overnight care, check in service, oral or injectable medications administered. (Cats and certain exotic animals welcome). We love them all and have a real connection with older dogs, their senior personalities and special needs. We’re a great team, my grandmother and me, and we will treat your pet(s) just as we treat our own. On the furniture is okay with us. Sleeping in the bed; who doesn’t? Just let us know your preferences and that is how we will proceed. About Katherine: Junior Volunteer at the Dallas Zoo for 8 years. Volunteered at the Perot Science Museum for 3 years and won the White House Presidential Award for volunteer commitment and hours worked. Also a volunteer at the Lochwood Library. Past member of 4H, pretty good at archery, a beekeeper for 3 years. Bird enthusiast and amateur photographer. About Sissy: Photo above. One of two chihuahuas and 12 1/2 years old. Love the photo of Sissy taking a nap sitting up. MiMi: Loves dogs and is home all the time. Toby: He is also 12 1/2 years. He is an old soul and quite handsome. About you: We also will make a great team with you. We absolutely enjoy doing this and consider it a privilege to take special care of your pets when you need us. Regarding your overnight guests we will need some additional information from you to take the best care of your pet(s). That includes immunization records. Tell us what he or she likes and dislikes. Get along well with other animals or more of a loner? Does he enjoy playing catch, long walks or snoozing on the sofa? Are treats allowed? Please note any medical conditions and/or requirements in written form and let’s discuss in detail. Lions and tigers and FLEAS, oh my! We are free of all of the aforementioned. Please make sure your pet is on flea prevention also. Pups that are overnight guests will be walked in our neighborhood, which is active with other dog walkers. We have a school yard one block away.

Katherine is consistent but we felt like she did not clean the litter box appropriately. We also noticed she would only stay for less than 10 minutes when we booked a full 30.
She is literally the best! I have had some personal issues and moves lately and she always shows up for my babies!!!

Schedule
I work through rover full time. Most of the time, scheduling is not an issue. During holidays, it is preferred if you contact me at least one week ahead of time.

I have a fenced yard. I can crate your pet if needed. Most of the time, pets are welcome of the furniture. Please let me know ahead of time if your pet has anxiety issues.

A typical day
Around our neighborhood or we can drive to White Rock lake or another park-type area, if the owner prefers. We're hands on, so lots of petting and interaction if your pup likes that.
