Kat is the best...its just that simple! Always reliable, love our dog and she is a joy to be around!

We are overall very disappointed. The provided (in person, via text, as well as handwritten note) directions were not followed regarding the needed or expected care of our dogs. Our dogs are inside dogs who are used to a work from home human and are used to having someone home with them almost all day everyday. We didn’t expect this type of constant presence as we knew most people/ Rover’s do not work from home, what we did not expect was for our dogs to be left alone all week days and weekends for 10-12 hours daily. When a human was present in the home, our dogs were locked outside for extended periods of time (in some cases, upwards of an hour, barking at the back to be let in). We also repeatedly expressed that one of our dogs will not eat all of her food in one sitting which means food needs to be picked up, before leaving the house, so the other dog doesn’t eat it. And when time allows (outside of work obligations) our stubborn dog may need some coaxing to eat her food (as in being told to eat and possibly moving the food bowl into the room where you are at) to get her to eat. We were told this was happening but when we came home both dog bowls were down and completely empty because the non stubborn eater ate all the food. Additionally, Unapproved/unwelcomed guest were allowed into and slept multiple nights in our home. To top it off we were lied to about said unwelcomed guest (assumed boy friend) presence in our home being told “food was being delivered” on the one occasion after a neighbor mentioned a second car being on our driveway. We were very open in communications that cameras existed around the outside of the property but that information seemed to be forgotten as we have proof of unwelcome guest and our dogs being locked outside for what we felt was excessive time frames. We will not be rebooking as we feel like our trust was broken and our dogs did not receive the care that we expected them to be given. All of that said, Kat did pick up after herself and we did not return to a mess in our home, to which we appreciate.

Another stellar review for Kat. As always, we are so thankful we have you to take care of Finn when we go away. We can tell he loved his time with her and wasn't even bothered that we were gone. Thank you so much!!!!

Kat was wonderful once again! She is so good with Finn and it's so nice to get away and never have to worry about him!

Katherine has been amazing! She is kind and considerate. She has always kept me in the loop while house sitting and taking exceptional care of my 2 fur babies. She spoils them and loves on them like they are her own. I would definitely recommend her for your pet care needs!
