Hi! My name is Katherine, and I’ve been around animals my entire life. I have approximately 18 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I grew up with a German Shepherd, helped raise a Husky puppy named Henry who is now our family dog, and my family currently has a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Because of that, I’m very comfortable with both high-energy and smaller breeds, as well as dogs in different life stages. In addition to dogs, I also have over 10 years of experience caring for cats, including our family cat and cats belonging to friends while they were away. I genuinely love animals and understand how important it is to find someone you fully trust with your pet. I’m patient, attentive, reliable, and active, and I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while in my care. Whether your pet needs long walks, playtime, companionship, or extra patience and attention, I’m happy to accommodate their individual needs and routine. I also believe communication is extremely important and will always provide updates, photos, and check-ins so you feel comfortable while away from your pet. Katherine was awesome with our Bernese Mountain Dog. She boarded him for the weekend and was very communicative and easy to manage pickup/dropoff. Will definitely use again!
Katherine was so great with our Husky! She took such great care of him. Our dog got good walks, a lot of play, and loved looking off her balcony. Overall, would recommend!

Schedule
I work from home four days out of the week, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets I care for. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting throughout the week and weekends depending on your needs. I’m very active and enjoy spending time outdoors, so I’m always happy to accommodate longer walks, playtime, and enrichment activities to keep your pets happy, comfortable, and well cared for.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and any specific needs ahead of time so they feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I’m attentive during walks, careful with introductions to other animals, and respectful of each owner’s preferences and boundaries. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident and connected while your pet is in my care.
A typical day
A typical day with me includes plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and affection tailored to your pet’s energy level and personality. I love keeping dogs mentally and physically stimulated through walks, games, enrichment activities, and outdoor time. For cats, I make sure they also receive attention, play, and a calm environment where they feel safe and comfortable. I genuinely enjoy spending quality time with animals and making sure they feel cared for while you’re away.
