I am generally available for drop-in visits and walks before 9a and after 5p on weekdays. I am sometimes available during the day on days when I work from home - if you’re interested in daytime walks, please message me to discuss. On weekends I can be available in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

I am committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure that your needs and the needs of your pet(s) are met. For me, this begins with listening to you and getting present with your pet. It also means showing up with playfulness, patience, and when needed, a firm backbone - whatever your pet requires! Most of my services involve home visits. I appreciate the sanctity of home, and promise to treat your home with the same respect I do mine. I am also sensitive to the importance of privacy and confidentiality (my day job involves working with rare disease patients, which necessarily requires consideration of these subjects). Any information you share with me regarding yourself, your family, your pet, or your home is confidential.

Please share information about your dog’s comfort level with meeting other dogs and people, as well as information about their training (what commands do they know?) If I am watching your dog while you are out of town, please provide information about their feeding schedule, and if relevant, any medications.
A typical day
I love to go exploring with pups! We’ll go on walks around the neighborhood to check out new and familiar smells - and if it’s a good fit for your pup, we might go on a local hike, too. I am also a big fan of playtime. Depending on what your pup likes we’ll run around outside, play some fetch, and have a blast going through the toy bin. Your pup can also expect lots of pets and hugs (assuming they’re open to it!)

Pet care experience
I’m a lifelong animal lover with 10+ years’ experience pet-sitting for friends and family, including experience with elderly animals and with administering medications. I love hanging out with animals, and I can’t wait to come care for your pup or kitty! While my experience tends towards cats (I was raised in a cat household and have a kitty of my own) I have lots of experience caring for dogs, too (including the pup I currently live with)!
