Hi there! I’m Katherine but everyone calls me Katia. I've been a pet owner and have done a lot of pet care and sitting over the years. I offer detailed, thorough care with excellent communication and attention to your specific care needs. I know how important a routine is for pets, along with a kind and caring presence, so they can feel taken care of while parents are away. I handle walks calmly and confidently and make sure all feeding, playing, and potty needs are taken care of in a timely manner so you and your pets don’t have to stress. As a professional nanny I kept the trust of dozens of clients for reliable care work in their homes for 9 years. My first pet sitting role was at 10 years old. Neighbors, family, and friends have come to me as an animal lover and someone they trust to care for pets many times over the years. I grew up with a beloved family cat, raised a kitten in my twenties, and now live with and help my partner care for her dog and cats in our home.

Katherine was wonderful with our dog, Zindy, and took great care of our home while housesitting. She kept us updated with messages and photos, which made it easy to relax while we were away. Katia was an amazing sitter! When we met prior to our trip, she took detailed notes and asked excellent questions. While we were gone, she kept us informed about the critters and sent adorable photos. I felt completely at ease! We would definitely have Katia as a sitter again!

Schedule
I am a freelancer and I work from my laptop. I'm very flexible to do pet sitting, walks, and drop-in visits and keep my calendar updated daily. Though I live with dogs and cats, I'm not their primary caregiver so their schedules are absolutely no worry for me.
