Hi! I’m Kate, a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. Pet care isn’t just a side job for me- It’s my full-time career, which means I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability to provide reliable, attentive care whenever you need it. I grew up with dogs and cats and currently share my home with a dog, two cats, and three gargoyle geckos. Over the years I’ve also cared for bearded dragons, snakes, axolotls, spiders, and isopods, so I’m comfortable with both traditional and exotic pets. One of my greatest strengths is working with pets that need a little extra patience. I have experience caring for highly reactive dogs and understand how important it is to move at their pace, read their body language, respect their boundaries, and build trust. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, anxious, or reactive, my goal is always to help them feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. Because pet sitting is my full-time focus, I’m able to accommodate a wide range of schedules, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and last-minute bookings whenever possible. Your pets won’t be rushed into a quick visit between other obligations- they’ll receive the time, attention, and care they deserve. I know every pet is an individual. Some want to play fetch for an hour, some want endless belly rubs, and others are happiest just having a calm companion nearby. I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s routine and personality, whether that means long walks, enrichment games, cuddle time, or simply giving them space when they need it. As a pet owner myself, I know how stressful it can be to leave your animals in someone else’s care. That’s why communication is one of my top priorities. I’ll keep you updated with plenty of photos, videos, and messages so you can relax knowing exactly how your pets are doing. I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to treating every pet as if they were my own. I’ll carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, exercise routines, and any special requests to make sure your pet stays happy, healthy, and comfortable while your home is treated with the utmost respect. Whether you have a playful puppy, a senior cat, a reactive dog, or an exotic pet with specialized needs, I’d love the opportunity to care for them. My goal is simple: to give you complete peace of mind while giving your pets the same love, patience, and attention I’d want for my own. Katherine was absolutely wonderful, and we will definitely be booking with her again. She is calm, patient, and truly understands how to work with reactive and anxious dogs. She made our dogs feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. She also had great communication throughout our time away, sending text and picture updates every morning and evening, which gave us peace of mind. Kate was a phenomenal dog sitter for our gang of 3. We had them watched while we attended a music festival for multiple days and were so happy to receive updates and photos of our buds all throughout the trip. Kate’s home and backyard is set up to handle the gig perfectly and we felt more comfortable with our animals in her care than we have with any other sitting service!
Katherine was wonderful! We needed someone to check on Geralt while we were away, and she was very responsive, caring, and thorough. She made sure he was safe, checked his food and water, and even checked his doggy door for us to make sure everything was okay. She kept us updated the whole time and really gave us peace of mind. We would absolutely book with her again. She’s the best!
Katherine came through in the clutch for my dogs after my previous sitter had to cancel last minute. She was great with my dogs and sent pictures to me each day so I could see that they were having a blast with her. I would use her services again.
Katherine was great! She is very attention to detail oriented and her love for animals shows. I would definitely use her services in the future. I would like to get my house key back as soon as possible.
Kate took care of my two Australian shepherds Griz and Zoey, letting them out and taking them on walks while we went on short trips. Both were getting up in their years and Kate was even able to help Zoey through three of her regular seizures. They have since passed away, and Kate continued to care for our new dogs, Boston Terriers, Loki and Lucky, until we moved out of the area a year later.

Schedule
Because pet care is my full-time career, I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate a wide variety of booking needs. I’m available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits throughout the week, as well as weekends and most holidays. Whether you need a last-minute drop-in, a consistent daily schedule, or care while you’re away on vacation, I’ll do my best to work around your needs. Since I don’t have another full-time job competing for my attention, your pets receive dedicated, reliable care and aren’t rushed between appointments. I know that life doesn’t always go according to plan, so I’m happy to accommodate schedule changes and last-minute requests whenever my calendar allows. My goal is to make finding dependable pet care as easy and stress-free as possible for you.

Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. I’ll carefully follow all feeding schedules, medication instructions, exercise routines, and any special requests to ensure they receive the best possible care. I have experience with pets of all ages and temperaments, including highly reactive dogs, and I always use calm, patient handling while respecting each animal’s boundaries. For pets staying in my home, I have a fully fenced yard where they can safely enjoy outdoor time, play, and enrichment while supervised. I’ll also treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own, leaving it just as I found it. You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is safe and happy.

Every pet is different, so I tailor each visit to their individual needs, personality, and favorite ways to have fun. Whether that’s an energetic walk, playtime in my fully fenced yard, a game of fetch, chasing a favorite toy, batting around a laser pointer, exploring enrichment activities, or simply keeping a shy cat company, I’m happy to adjust to what makes your pet happiest. I’ll make sure they have fresh food and water, potty breaks or litter box cleaning, plenty of affection (if they want it!), and lots of attention and interaction throughout the day. Whether your pet loves to play, explore, cuddle, or just have someone nearby for companionship, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible while you’re away, while providing a safe, comfortable environment where they feel happy and at home.
