Kate has been extremely helpful in taking care of our cat Theo while we’ve been out of town! I have a ~2 year old orange cat that is very anxious around other people and tends to hide especially when we aren’t home. She has consistently done a great job of managing that while still tending to his needs. She’s also very communicative and lets us know when she is planning to visit and when she is leaving along with any updates. I highly recommend Kate as a caregiver for your pet, her patience and kindness towards our Theo in spite of his disposition are so appreciated! 💗

Kate is an incredibly thoughtful caretaker of both humans and animals. Her time working for a veterinarian's office has familiarized her with general knowledge of animal health and common behaviors. She understands signs of distress and/or anxiety and knows how and when to give an animal the the space they need, or the attention that they demand. She can be trusted to give medications, and to respect your home while she is there. I've been a dog-sitter myself for many years and have a number of "regular" clients, but sometimes I have multiple regulars request overlapping dates (especially over holidays, etc). In these cases Kate is my first call for "back up" and she has filled in seamlessly multiple times over the past several years. I am always confident in recommending her because I know that she won't disappoint, and she never has. As a pet owner herself, Kate understands how important your babies are to you. She takes exceptional care of her own cats, keeping up with veterinary needs as they arise and providing them with hours of puzzles, cuddles, and play. I am sure that Kate will treat your pets with the same love and care, because I genuinely don't think she knows how to give any less.
