I work full time at Cheltenham Animal Shelter with a 2 week rolling rota, with alternating Wednesdays and Fridays off, and every other weekend off. I am happy to conduct drop in visits around my working times (8:30am-4:45pm). Regarding house sitting bookings, I am able to conduct these if we can work around my working hours (e.g. long weekends). Pet care experience
I have a range of experience with dogs of different size, breed, age and temperament. I currently work at Cheltenham Animal Shelter taking care of the dogs looking for their new homes. I am also experienced with dog training so would be happy to continue any training if required during walks with your dog! I also have previous experience of dog walking and sitting, ranging from one visit a day, to staying in the owners home for 10 days. In addition to this, I have acquired a BTEC in Animal Management, and have volunteered in a number of different zoos and nature reserves. I also worked as a volunteer dog walker in an RSPCA kennel. Hopefully my past experience will reassure you that I have a vast knowledge and skill base, meaning I always ensure that an animals welfare needs are met (including plenty of cuddles!). I am reliable, friendly and trustworthy, and I love engaging with both people and animals. So if you are looking for a experienced animal handler (and dog lover!), please don't hesitate to get in contact!
