I’ve cared for animals my entire life and truly treat every pet as if they were my own. Growing up, my family always had multiple dogs, and I’m comfortable with a wide range of personalities, sizes, and energy levels. As an adult, I currently have four dogs of my own, which has given me extensive hands-on experience with daily care, exercise needs, and behavior. I’ve also interned and worked in veterinary clinics, as well as dog boarding and daycare facilities, where I gained experience handling dogs safely, recognizing signs of stress or illness, and providing attentive, compassionate care. Friends and family have trusted me for years to feed, walk, and care for their pets while they’re away. I understand how important it is to feel confident that your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for, and I always aim to provide dependable service, clear communication, and lots of love and attention.

They have a consistent daily routine that includes regular exercise, structured feeding times, enrichment, and plenty of affection and attention. I pay close attention to their behavior, health, and individual personalities so I can meet their specific needs and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy. I provide that same level of attentive, personalized care to every pet I look after. I carefully follow your pet’s normal routine including feeding schedules, walk times, medications, training cues, and any special instructions because maintaining familiarity helps reduce stress while you’re away. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, including shy dogs, seniors, high-energy pups, and those who need extra patience or gentle handling. My goal is to make your pet feel secure, loved, and well cared for in your absence, while giving you peace of mind through dependable service and thoughtful updates. You can trust that your pet will be treated with the same care, respect, and attention I give my own.

Katherine has been one of my best friends for years, and we were also roommates for several years, so I’ve seen firsthand how naturally caring and responsible she is, especially when it comes to animals. During the time we lived together, she helped take care of both my dogs and her own, always making sure they were well loved, exercised, and properly cared for. There were even times when I wasn’t available and she stepped in to take my dog to vet appointments for me, which meant so much and showed how dependable she truly is. Katherine genuinely loves animals and treats every dog like her own. She is attentive, patient, and very responsible, always making sure dogs get plenty of walks, playtime, and affection. I also see the wonderful care she provides for her own dogs now. They are always happy, well exercised, and clearly adored! I would trust Katherine with my pets anytime, and I know she will provide safe, loving care and excellent communication with pet parents. - Before caring for your pet, I’d love to know about their personality, temperament, and normal routine. Please let me know about any allergies, medications, medical needs, or dietary restrictions, as well as how they interact with other dogs, cats, children, and new people. I’d also like to know about any fears, triggers, escape tendencies, resource guarding, leash reactivity, or other behaviors I should be aware of. The more I know about your pet ahead of time, the better I can make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while in my care!
