I have experience sitting for dogs, cats, lizards, and fish. In my own household, we have two cats and two dogs, two are on lifelong medication and I have experience medicating with pill poppers or hiding in food. I'm very patient and love animals more than people, and think they deserve all the good treats and belly rubs and love we can give them while we are blessed enough to spend time with them. I've been known to spoil a pet or two in my day, so if you're a strong disciplinarian parent - I'm probably not the sitter for you, but if you want someone who will look out for them as if they were her own, I'm your gal.

I know every pet is different - some are immediately comfortable while others are going to hide under the bed the whole visit. I like to meet them where they are at - I sit on the floor, or quietly on a sofa, and allow them to approach me when they are ready.

Katherine is one of the most kind hearted, honest, and attention to detailed individuals I know. I've known her for over 10 yrs and she's always helped me out with my cats, and has the most love and care for her own. I've also seen her watch her parent's dog time and time again with the utmost care and compassion. She is a true animal lover
Katherine is definitely a pet lover, with two cats of her own, and always going above and beyond when taking care of my two full size collies - feeding and walking on schedule, providing treats, petting lovingly and even brushing…. I couldn’t ask for (or find) anyone better to take care of my dogs while I’m out of town, and I know how well she treats and loves her two cats.

Schedule
I currently run an online bookstore, and my schedule is very flexible as a result. I'm looking for additional income to supplement my business and thought what better way than to care for other people's fur babies.
