Pet care is already a big part of my daily life. I work as a kennel technician at a dog training and boarding center. I also have my own dog at home who I walk and care for daily. On top of that, I ride horses once a week, so I’m very comfortable with different animal routines and schedules.

A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks and letting them explore and take in all the new scents along the way. I also enjoy providing mental stimulation through treat puzzles and enrichment activities. For older or slower pets, I especially value calm cuddle time and just being there to keep them content.

I have hands-on experience working as a kennel technician, where I care for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. My daily responsibilities include feeding, walking, cleaning, monitoring behaviour, and making sure each dog is safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I also volunteered at the Humane Society, where I helped care for shelter animals, including walking dogs, cleaning kennels, and providing socialization and comfort to dogs and cats waiting for adoption.
