I currently work full time, but I work from home Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (I have every other Mon/Fri off and I work 20 minutes away from my home on Tuesdays. I do have some flexibility in my schedule). I also am good at managing my schedule, getting up early or staying up late to do volunteer and other work, so early mornings or late nights with your dog is no problem

Our yard is pretty big and it's completely fenced. We also have fencing around "no go" areas like our veggie garden and flower gardens. We have ring cameras and flood lights in the backyard. We live in an area that is very safe area with limited vehicle traffic. I am able to crate at my home and am familiar with crating dogs outside of my home.

Let me know if there is anything special that I should know about your fur-love. I have some experience with special needs dogs, specifically those needing medication administered orally. I know how to do the doggy "heimlich" maneuver. And can do basic first aide (experience with my own two current dogs).
Ein typischer Tag
We will go for a morning walk around the neighborhood. Depending on the dog, we'll go to the local park and explore the trails. During the day we'll take lots of potty breaks in the fenced in backyard and your fur-love will have a relaxing time on the couch or in thier own kennel (your preference). We'll go on an evening walk around the neighborhood before settling in for the night. If we're at your house, the schedule would be similar but with your preferences--around your neighborhood, if no fenced in backyard we'll go for shorter walks around town for potty breaks and crate or no crate, it's up to you!

Hi, I'm Kat, and I've had dogs for most of my adult life. From adopting a Ridgeback who loved "walking on water" to caring for my brother's senior pug in his final years and now with a senior Aussie and a Beagle/Lab mix puppy and everything in between. Mybdogs are spoiled in the ways they need to be. Sometimes it's belly rubs for days or an extra cookie during the holidays. Sometimes it's just keeping them comfortable. I've also dog sat for friends and family for over 10 years. Sometimes I will go to thier house and stay so the dogs can keep thier schedules. Other times they will come have a staycation with thier BFF (my dog) Bailey. I'm obsessed with dogs and I haven't met a single dog I haven't loved right away!! My two dogs now get walked 2-3 times a day--rain, snow, sleet, or shine!
