Also known as Jurassic Bark B&B! Had wonderful dogs my whole life, have perfect large gated yard in residential Haiku, certified favorite dog auntie to many. Love giving baths and brushes Me and my partner have the ability to work from home. We are generally home bodies that don’t drink smoke or party. In bed by 8:30 and up by 4 am. Growing small agricultural farm in Haiku. Completely fenced, double gated 2.2 acred lawn away from road. Power and water off grid. Ability to offer any type of kennel and sanctuary to your fur baby.

I am so grateful I found Jurassic bark BNB. They were kind enough to take Enzo in for a last minute booking as well as worked around my crazy schedule for a before hand meet + greet and tour of the property. They have the perfect set up to assure your puppy is safe, happy, and well exercised. When I picked Enzo up after his stay I could tell he had really enjoyed his time on the property, playing with other pups. I will definitely be using them from now on anytime I need a sitter for my dog :) thank you again!
Katherine and her husband were awesome with moose ! I felt very comfortable leaving him there over the weekend since they have so much knowledge on dogs and their behaviors. They were willing to follow specific feeding Instructions and administer medication as needed . They also made sure he was comfortable being the at he was the smallest dog in the pack. Response time and communication were also excellent. We’re looking forward to our next visit with them soon !
Katherine and her partner Jordan are amazing! Super friendly and easy communication. My pups loved their stay at Jurassic Bark! Nice property and multiple fenced grass areas for them to play. I received check ins and videos of my pups which gave me peace of mind that they were enjoying themselves. They can’t wait to go back! Mahalo!
Jordan and Katherine are amazing! They took in our 5 month old golden retriever puppy, Wylie, for us right before a 12 day trip when our other arrangements for him fell through at the last minute. I was able to check out their property before his stay and was amazed at their beautiful property in Haiku. When the storm was approaching, Jordan was so communicative that Wylie was safe and in great hands. He also sent us videos of him reassuring me that he was having a great time - he was having his own vacation while we were on vacation. I could tell that they truly care about the dogs. We had such a great experience and I am so grateful for them. We would definitely bring Wylie there again and highly recommend!

My beloved dog has stayed at Jurassic Bark with Katherine three times now, and each time she has had a wonderful stay! When I drop her off, she immediately sprints to the gate, excited to see her friends and make new ones. Katherine always sends us a video or picture to assure us that our sweet dog is having a great time. She always comes home exhausted and very happy. Mahalo nui loa, Jurassic Bark!!

Schedule
Between myself and my partner there is always someone at home to watch over your pet! We take great pride in our little farm and consider ourselves homebodies.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fully fenced in 2.5 acre property with multiple large pens. The dogs get to spend the day soaking in the maui sun or sleeping in the shade of our banana and coconut groves.
Pets
A typical day
The daily routine for pets in our care would be waking up around 6 or 7 to be released from their sleeping pens to relieve themselves. They would get breakfast in their individual kennnels. In the morning they would have a supervised play time in our orchard with balls, stuffed animals, tugs, sticks and sprinkler fun. Then a rest and treat in their kennel. If any outings are on the menu we will take one or two to the beach, walk or waterfall. Before dinner, they will have free time to play together with our trained 2 year old service dog. Dinner in their respective kennels. A nice brushing, belly rubs and finally bed time.
