Secure outdoor play to puppy pile!
A longtime client once told me his dog used to get excited when he turned onto my driveway — now she starts doing zoomies the second the travel pouch comes out. That’s the energy here. Your dog won’t be kenneled or randomly mixed into chaos — they’ll be thoughtfully integrated into a carefully curated group that matches their temperament and play style. I don’t throw dogs together; I build balanced packs. My resident dogs are stable, well-socialized, and help set the tone, creating a calm, structured environment where everyone knows the rhythm of the day. I’ve lived with dogs and horses since I was six and have fostered over 350 rescue dogs (usually 3–4 at a time, not all at once!), so I’m comfortable with everyone from energetic puppies to grumpy seniors who value their personal space. I live and work on a farm with large fenced areas, structured play sessions, intentional rest time, and two daily walks. There’s even a supervised dip in the spring pond for water lovers. I work from home most days, so there’s steady supervision and real engagement — not just containment. My own dogs sleep with me, but I respect and follow whatever house rules you have for yours. Your buddy will be safe, warm, well-managed, and genuinely part of the pack while you’re away — and chances are, they’ll be counting down to their next stay.

We went on vacation and this was the 1st time Sir Baxter was going to be away from us for such a long period of time. Baxter stayed with Katherine for 6 days and he can be a handful (picky eater, attention seeking, etc). Katherine proposed a meet and greet which we gladly accepted as we were assessing a couple of different sitters. From the meet and greet on, we could tell Katherine was very experienced with caring for dogs, her yard is setup for them to have play time, and Baxter did not seem anxious when introduced to her two dogs. While we were away, she did share picks of Baxter and was responsive to questions as to how he was doing. We will likely check Katherine's availability and hopefully rebook with her next time we need a sitter.
Katherine is very conscience. She insisted on meeting the dogs before their stay. I was very impressed with this because it shows she cares about what she does. I haven’t left my dogs overnight with anyone in probably over 5 years so I was very anxious. She has a beautiful setting.
Lance seemed like he had a great time!
Katherine was great with our 2 year old corgi. She was accommodating to a last minute request, which I really appreciated. I felt confident our dog would enjoy her stay after seeing how well she handled the meet & greet. She has a large fenced in yard for dogs too. I look forward to using her services again!
Katherine was the perfect choice for our dogs while we were away. She understands dogs and made all the adjustments our dogs needed to be safe and secure.
I felt totally worry-free leaving my spaniel with her for a week. You can tell she is super experienced and has a beautiful property set up perfectly for dogs to be comfortable during their stay.

Schedule
I currently work from home and am available during the week and on weekends. My own dogs enjoy daily exercise and hang out time. I am able to take care of your special needs, medications, shots, puppy, and senior care.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fully fenced yard with a new section I have left intentionally wild so the dogs have a wonderful place to explore and use their sniffers. I usually have some friendly playful pups to keep yours company. I also have the ability to separate dogs if need be. I have crates of all sizes. Your pup can have his pick of beds to nap on. All dogs are fed and given treats separately. Dogs are walked in my pastures and along the creek.

Your buddy will go on nature walks and have access to a spring pond for the water lovers. I happily will play fetch or frisbee. I have a new yard I am keeping wild so dogs can use their noses!
