I love the energy and joy of pets!
I have 20+ years of experience taking care of senior dogs, puppies, and rambunctious teens. I lost my senior girl in August 2026 and have wanted to spend time with the energy and love of dogs since then. She was on a few medicines, but we made her sunset years beautiful and fun. I would love to spend time with your pets, making sure they are happy, safe, and comfortable while you are gone!

Katie was absolutely amazing with my sweet Bentley while I was gone for 10 days. She sent me pictures, moments of fun and love, as well as little updates throughout the time I was gone. I knew Bentley was being well cared for, as once I came home, every time Katie came back to her apartment, Bentley would sit by the window and try to get Katie's attention. Katie understood that Bentley was uncomfortable the first night I was gone and cuddled her but knew Bentley needed to be back in her own space. By day 2, Bentley was sleeping with Katie and to this day has to go say "hi" as soon as she senses Katie is near. I love how well my baby was taken care of.

I’m currently looking for remote work and have all the time in the world for your pets! I am interested in spending time outside with pets, making sure they are having fun while you are gone!

Safety, trust & environment
My home is open to dogs, but unfortunately an allergy prohibits cats. I have a ranch style house which is nice and easy for seniors to get in and out of. The backyard is fenced so they can roam, or we can put on a leash and explore the land around us. I have dog beds and toys for them to tear up or carrying around - whatever’s clever!
A typical day
I love to get outside when it’s nice and go for hikes and walks around the neighborhood. I always took my old girl on the inflatable kayak and our favorite thing to do was swim in the lakes. If your dog loves water, I would love to take them in an adventure!
