I am a paraeducator for MCPS and am currently off for the summer. I am working summer school, which is 3 weeks in July and from 9:00-1:30. I am otherwise home and have full availability.

I have a small, fenced yard but would also take them for walks as I am down the street from a park. I will follow the client's instructions on exercise and preferred schedule for their pet. The client needs to know and trust that their animal is safe and being loved while they are away. I often care for neighbor's and extended family pets. My children are away for the summer and I would love to fill my days with animals!

A typical day
I love to keep your dog(s) busy! There is a big park near my house and many areas to explore! I have a small backyard which would allow them to be off the leash as well but then go for walks to ensure plenty of exercise and stimulation.

Pet care experience
I have grown up with all different animals including hamsters, rabbits, potbellied pigs, dogs, cats, horses, pygmy goats, and more! I have been fortunate enough to have dogs of all sizes from Miniature Dachshunds to Great Danes throughout my life. I am comfortable with all sizes and breeds! Growing up we had Himalayan cats, which I adored :) I am happy to bathe your pet as well. Your pet will be in loving and experienced hands while you are away.

Katherine was fantastic. She lovingly cared for my dog which made me feel extremely comfortable with her. Great stay with her. Would recommend and also use her again.. Nice to have someone that will walk your dog and also has a fenced back yard.
