Because I work from home, I’m able to maintain your pet’s normal routine, whether that means regular walks, feeding times, play sessions, or medication schedules. I’m home for the majority of the day, so pets in my care won’t be left alone for long periods and will receive plenty of companionship, engagement, and care. Working remotely makes it easy for me to prioritize their comfort and needs while ensuring they feel safe and well cared for.

I’ve grown up surrounded by animals my entire life, including cats, dogs, and horses, which has given me hands-on experience with pets of all sizes and temperaments. With my mom being a veterinarian, I was exposed early on to proper animal care, health awareness, and the importance of patience and compassion when working with pets. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, administering basic medications, grooming, exercise needs, and recognizing signs that something may be off. In addition to caring for my own animals, I regularly look after friends’ pets, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. Animals have always been a central part of my life, and I treat every pet as if they were my own.

I know Katie to be an incredible pet caretaker from personal experience with her watching my cat Mia at both my home and hers. She's grown up having pets her entire life, so I knew I could trust her with watching my Mia. She followed clear instructions on feeding schedule and provided her with lots of care and attention. There were few people my cat felt comfortable around and Katie was one of them. She also watched my best friend's dog while she was out of town, taking care to provide her with care when she was having a UTI. I couldn't recommend Katie enough!
