Katherine was great with Biscuit. She came over to the house a couple days before to go over his food and learn about his routine. She sends pictures and updates and kept us well informed.
Katherine B. cancelled a booking 2 days before it was scheduled to begin.
I think Katherine spoiled my boys more than I do and that's a hard act to follow. They immediately warmed up to her as I could see in the many pictures and videos she sent. Very thoughtful -- I haven't move into my house completely yet so many items are still in storage so Katherine brought over her own dog's puzzles for my boys to play with. House was left neat and orderly. Will definitely use her again.
