I am a homeschool parent and run a part-time Photography business with flexible hours that will allow me to still give your pet the attention they need and deserve. My husband also works from home so there's always extra helpful hands to take care our furry guests.

Our spacious home sits on about 12 acres of land located in Salisbury Twp., PA where we enjoy going to the park, taking bike rides, and hikes on our private trails. We live a very active lifestyle and love the outdoors and of course some R&R/cuddles after a fulfilling day. Our home has a large yard with a fenced garden for our furry friends to easily access and play off leash.

Let me know if there are any special dietary needs, if your pet experiences any separation anxiety, or if they have resource guarding issues. We do like to know what your pet enjoys and dislikes to help make their stay as comfortable as possible. Because we board multiple dogs from different families, we can not take in pets that have a history with aggression and/or heavy resource guarding behavior towards other pups or humans (for ex. showing teeth towards others or attacking when food/toys are around). We allow all our dogs to be in the same space and play together and would like to ensure everyone's safety and happiness during their stay. If you're interested, I am more than happy to book a meet and greet and/or phone call to answer any questions.
A typical day
I enjoy being outdoors and exploring. Typically, we will go out to our fenced-in garden next to our chicken coop where our pups can play together off-leash. I make sure to take everyone on several walks around our property or trails (as long as they are permitted and have had tick medication previously applied) Having lots of toys and bones available for our pups to chew on is essential. Of course, cuddling and belly rubs are always a must. I take my role as a pet sitter very seriously and make sure to provide a hospitable and loving environment for your family pets. Our typical day routine: (Of course, our puppies get more rest and lunchtime meal lol) Wake up and Potty Break Breakfast Time 2nd Potty Break/Play in the garden off-leash Rest/Play indoors 3rd Potty Break/Walk Rest/Play indoors Dinner Time 4th Potty Break/Walk Nighttime Cuddles before Bed 5th Potty Break to ensure they are ready for bed Bedtime I also like to have moments throughout the day to reinforce sit and stay commands and reward them with treats. Pictures and Videos are sent daily to keep you up to date with your pets daily activities and funny shenanigans

Pet care experience
We live in a loving home with our two homeschooled children who love animals as much as we do. Both my husband and I grew up with dogs and cats in our homes. We run a small hobby homestead with chickens, a garden, and an orchard, so we are used to animals and how much time and love they each need. My first job ever was working at a groomers as a teenager and I got to learn a lot about dogs and how to take care of them and now I'm excited to have another opportunity to work with all breeds of dogs again 🥰

Katherine and her family did a great job taking care of our young Border Collie, Asher, for the week! We know he was well cared for and entertained while we were away.
