I’ve been an animal lover all my life❤️ I have been catsitting and dog walking since I was around 13 years old! I bring a calm, attentive, and nurturing presence to every pet I care for. I have experience caring for both energetic young pets who need structure and consistency, as well as senior pets who benefit from a gentler pace and close monitoring. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions, administering oral medications if needed (I have 3 cats and 2 of them require medications themselves so I already do this daily!) and maintaining routines so your pet feels safe and secure while you’re away. I’ll keep you updated with thoughtful check-ins, photos, and honest updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in capable hands.

I provide attentive, reliable care for pets in the comfort of their own home. I understand how important it is for animals to stay in their familiar environment and maintain their usual routine while you’re away. During drop-in visits, I can let your dog out for bathroom breaks, provide fresh food and water, administer oral medications if needed, and ensure they get appropriate exercise and playtime. I’m also comfortable crating dogs when required and following any specific household or training routines you have in place. For cats and other pets, I handle litter box cleaning, feeding and companionship tailored to their personality and comfort level. I always aim to leave your home just as I found it and will send detailed updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.

Kate did a great job taking care of midday walks for my high energy dog. It allowed me to focus on my job and not have the stress of rushing home midday. Instead, Kate treated her to exercise, playing fetch, and affectionate care. So glad to have found Kate since she is a clear communicator and pleasant as well as professional.
Katharine was extremely easy to work with! She assisted in fulfilling a last minute request, and got along great with my dog! She was able to get my pup to take a walk and eat her food, which are often difficult tasks due to my dogs anxiety. Would 100% recommend Katharine to others!!
Katharine was great! She was very communicative throughout the entire time. It was my first time using rover and she made it very easy. If I ever need to use rover again, I will definitely be using Katharine again. She is very kind and detail oriented. I cannot say enough about how great she is.

Schedule
I work full time for a school but am off for the summer all July and August! I am available for dog walks and drop-in visits anytime on weekdays. I’m also available on weekends with advance notice. I strive to be flexible when possible and am happy to discuss specific scheduling needs to ensure your pet receives consistent, reliable care.
