Because I work full time during the week, I reserve dog care for weekends only—this way I can dedicate my attention and energy to your pup. My weekends are open for long walks, playtime, and plenty of cuddles, and my kids and I love having the extra time to focus on making each dog feel happy and cared for. By keeping my schedule this way, I can promise that your furry family member won’t just “fit into” my day—they’ll become a part of my family for the day(s).

Safety, trust & environment

When caring for dogs, I focus on keeping them active, loved, and comfortable. My two young kids (ages 4 and 6) have endless energy and love to play, so visiting pups get plenty of attention and interaction. I live in a quiet town with lots of sidewalks and nearby neighborhoods, which makes for safe and enjoyable walks. While I don’t have a fenced-in backyard, I do have plenty of grassy space for outdoor time, and I’m happy to crate dogs if that’s part of their routine or helps them feel secure. Whether it’s playtime, exercise, or downtime, I’ll make sure your pup feels right at home.

Pet care experience

What sets me apart as a sitter is not only my reliability, but also my lifelong experience with dogs. I grew up with a Labrador who showed me the joy of unconditional love, and I recently had to say goodbye to my sweet girl after 12 wonderful years together. She was truly family, and I cared for her through every stage of life, which gave me a deep understanding of what it means to love and look after a dog. Now, I get to share that love with my two young kids (ages 4 and 6), who absolutely adore dogs and treat every pup like their own playmate. Whether it’s long walks, cozy snuggles, or just keeping up with your dog’s daily routine, I’ll make sure your furry family member feels safe, loved, and part of our pack.

Kate and her family treated Lillie with so much care and love. It was so nice I didn’t have to worry about my dog with someone new. Thank you!!
