Independently insured through PCI! I have over a decade of experience previously working as a veterinary technician and sport dog trainer (dock diving, flyball, agility, etc). I also spent many years as a foster home for several rescues so have a lot of experience working with different breeds and personality types. I have expert experience with active sport dog breeds and high-drive dogs are my spirit animal. I am extremely comfortable working with the breeds that may overwhelm others: Border Collies, Aussies, Cattle Dogs, Belgian Malinois, Dutch Shepherds, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies. I also offer nail trim services and bathing services upon request. These are additional charges and dependent on individual pet. **FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY FOR ATYPICAL WORK SCHEDULES!** ➡️ first responders ➡️ shift workers ➡️ healthcare employees ➡️ bar and restaurant industry I am available weekends for the rotating work schedules, multiple visits in a day for the 24 hour shift homies, late pm drop ins for the graveyard and late night folk. I can also provide unique field trip experiences accompanying my own dogs for their sport training and conditioning, including swimming at an indoor dock diving pool, exploring trail systems on and off leash, beginner level running next to bicycle or scooter. These services are made available on an individual basis and may incur additional charges, feel free to inquire!

I worked in several animal ERs until early 2023 with tech and triage experience. I am well versed in veterinary and emergency knowledge as well as a strong background in competitive national dog sport level of training. I have additional experience working in several veterinary specialties including orthopedic surgery, oncology, internal medicine, and neurology.

Cooper and Snow love the attention they are given
This is our second time having Katie watch our cats. I am a nervous wreck about leaving them but both times we have used Katie she has made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I have one cat who has been through cancer treatment so I particularly worry about him but Katie made me feel confident that she would be able to recognize if he needed anything and sent me pictures and updates every day. We will absolutely be calling Katie for our next trip.

Schedule
Very flexible! This is my full-time job so I don't have large blackout period. I maintain atypical availability specifically to provide services to people with atypical work schedules. Weekends? Sure! 3 visits on Wednesday? Can do! 10pm drop in because you work overnights! I got you. Available for last minute needs when you're in a bind!
