Cozy WFH Dog Care in Venice 🐾
I’m a dog lover based in Venice with a small fenced yard, and I WFH during the week - so your pup will get plenty of attention, care, and company throughout the day! I have a Yorkipoo puppy & grew up with two Maltese, while also being the go-to sitter for friends and coworkers for years. I focus on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment where dogs feel comfortable and cared for :)

Alfie loved his night with Katharine and her pup!! They were instant best friends. Katharine was also super responsive and gave updates with pics and vids. 10/10
Katharine took a last minute request to board my 13-year-old Pomeranian, Tilly, for a full week, and she was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated regularly, sent tons of photos (genuinely some of the best photos I’ve ever gotten from a sitter), and Tilly looked so happy and comfortable the entire time. I’m pretty sure Tilly didn’t even want to leave when it was time to go home. I’ve used a lot of sitters over the years, and this was easily one of the best experiences we’ve had. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy to watch their dog.

is awesome with dogs and pets in general. Super reliable, easy to communicate with, and you can tell they genuinely care. They’re great at picking up on each pet’s personality and making sure they’re comfortable and happy. I always feel good knowing my pet’s in their hands.
My dog is super shy and usually hates being left with anyone when I’m not there, but somehow Katharine completely won him over. She was really patient and let him warm up at his own pace, which made all the difference. Now he actually gets excited to see her—which never happens. She’s super reliable, easy to communicate with, and clearly great with dogs. Couldn’t recommend her more, especially if your dog is a little hesitant like mine.

Schedule
I work from home during the week. I’m also usually available on weekends for boarding or longer stays! My puppy, Mimi, loves other dogs and will keep your puppy company. She also hangs out in an enclosed playpen and is fine to be seperated if need be.

A typical day includes walks, playtime, outdoor time, and plenty of relaxing. I adjust based on your dog’s energy level, whether they’re playful or more low-key. My partner also works fully remote so your dog won't be left alone.
