I am currently working part time so I am available early morning and afternoons up until 3/4/5pm during the weekdays and weekends. Pet care has been a part of my daily life since I was a child. I currently care for my own cats every day by feeding them, cleaning their litter boxes, playing with them, and making sure they’re happy and comfortable. I also have experience caring for dogs, including walks, exercise, feeding, and companionship. I work part-time in the evenings, which leaves my mornings and afternoons available for pet care. When house sitting, I’ll make sure your pet’s routine is followed closely and that they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while you’re away.

The most important thing I like to know ahead of time is your pet’s daily routine and personality. Every pet is unique, so I’d love to know their feeding schedule, favorite activities, energy level, any medications or health concerns, and any fears or triggers they may have. It’s also helpful to know how they interact with new people, children, or other animals, along with any commands or routines they’re familiar with. The more I know before your booking, the more comfortable, safe, and stress-free I can make your pet’s experience while you’re away.
A typical day
Every pet is different, so I always adjust my care to fit their personality, routine, and energy level. A typical day starts with making sure everyone has fresh food and water, followed by potty breaks or litter box cleaning and plenty of one-on-one attention. For dogs, I love going on walks, playing fetch or tug-of-war, exploring the yard, practicing simple commands with treats, and giving lots of belly rubs and cuddles if they enjoy affection. I’ll make sure they get the exercise and mental stimulation they need while keeping them safe and happy. For cats, I enjoy interactive play with wand toys, laser pointers (ending with a toy they can “catch”), balls, and catnip toys. I’ll also spend quiet time giving pets, brushing if they enjoy it, and simply keeping them company. Every cat has a different comfort level, and I always respect their boundaries while helping them feel relaxed and secure. Most importantly, I’ll treat every pet like they’re my own. My goal is to make them feel loved, comfortable, and safe while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in good hands.
