Hi, I’m Kat. I’m a Bradford local and a lifelong pet owner who truly understands that pets are family. I grew up with animals and got my first dog at 18, a Yorkshire Terrier who was with me for 13 years. Caring for him through every stage of life, including his senior years, taught me patience, attentiveness, and how important consistency is in a dog’s routine. In 2019, we welcomed Theodore, our Airedale Terrier. Through him, I’ve gained experience handling high-energy breeds, structured walks, and maintaining calm, confident leash control. I offer reliable midday dog walks and drop-in visits between 11am and 3pm, ideal for working families who need a safe and dependable break in their dog’s day. I always provide photo updates and clear communication so you feel confident while you’re away. I treat every dog in my care with the same level of attention and respect that I give my own.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions carefully, whether that includes feeding, refreshing water, administering simple medications, or sticking to specific walking routes. During walks, I pay close attention to leash control, surroundings, and each dog’s comfort level. I make sure harnesses and collars are properly secured and that doors and gates are locked before leaving. I always provide photo updates and clear communication so you feel confident and informed while you’re away. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for in their familiar environment.

Kat did amazing with our mischievous pup Atlas! She was very thorough will our excessive notes and tips and her experience with dogs & training is very evident. She kept us up to date & shared a bunch of pics from her visit with him. Looking forward to having her look after him again!
This was my first time using Rover and it was a very positive experience. Kat was very good with my dog, spending a bit of extra time before the walk getting Harley comfortable with her. Excellent communication from the beginning. I’m sure Harley is looking forward to her next visit.

She has taken wonderful care of my pug, Emma, in the past. As any pug owner knows, they can be particular and need special attention and Emma absolutely adored her. I had complete peace of mind knowing Emma was not only being looked after, but genuinely cared for and loved.

Schedule
I’m available for weekday walks and drop-in visits between 11am and 3pm, which is perfect for midday breaks while you’re at work. On weekends, I have more flexibility and am available between 9am and 2pm. I keep my schedule manageable so each dog gets my full attention and care.
