I genuinely love getting to know animals for who they are. With over 8 years of hands on experience, my goal is always to help your pets feel safe, comfortable, & cared for while you're away. I began my journey in 2017 at PetSmart's PetsHotel, then moved into rescue volunteering & fostering kittens. Since 2020, I've cared for over 100 dogs cats through Rover & other platforms, & no two have ever been the same. I have experience caring for animals who are anxious, sensitive, or simply need a little extra patience. I also have a personal interest in animal psychology & spend a lot of time paying attention to body language, stress signals, & what helps animals settle in comfortably. Safety, trust & environment
When house sitting, I can provide either overnight 24/7 care, or just during the day care. I'm flexible & can work with your pet to make sure they're most comfortable! I am 100% comfortable with cameras in common areas, please let me know beforehand just for my own safety & security if you have cameras or other recording devices in your home.

Another great job by Katey! She is extremely reliable, very attentive and super kind to my 19-year old cat, Clarabelle. Katey always sends me photos at check-in and check-out, so I can see how my cat is doing while I’m away. She also keeps me updated on Clara ‘s overall condition and whether she’s eaten, etc. I really appreciate the great support from Katey!!
As always, Katey R. was a wonderful sitter for my 19-year old cat, while I was away for 9 days. She is always extremely reliable, provides daily updates, photos and videos, which give me great peace of mind while I’m away. Katey went above and beyond to locate some battery powered lights to leave on for my very senior cat during a power outage last week. Katey was concerned about leaving my cat in the dark if the power stayed off for a long time…she is very caring and kind!
Another great job sitting with Clarabelle! Katey is always prompt, professional and very loving with my cat. I am always so comfortable leaving Clarabelle in the care of Katey!!

Schedule
I take 2 online classes that I'm able to do anywhere, anytime & only take a few hours out of my day. I am currently a pet sitter on Rover, Wag, & also offer freelance sitting. My calendar is updated fully every week to stay as accurate as possible.
