Hello! I’m Katey; I’m a 39 year old special education teacher with two cats and two dogs. I grew up with dogs my entire life and have been dog/cat sitting since I was in middle school. I love my animals more than words and understand the level of care pet owners expect. I use Rover for my dog aggressive pup so I know how valuable the service is for finding the right fit! I’m also a runner, so walking dogs can be very ideal for keeping in shape. So whether you need someone to come check in on your babies or someone to run until your pup is ready to nap, I’m here! Oliver, Sushi, and Moxy seem to love me being their mama and I hope to provide love to your fur babies as well. I took in a 12 year old dog after her owner was unable to come home and giving her senior dog care has been so eye opening! Oliver recently had a huge medical scare and I'm trying to get his vet bills paid. Any opportunities to help out with your pups would be appreciated!

I’ve got quite a bit of experience with difficult pups! My dog is dog aggressive and not so great with grooming so I’ve even been the additional groomer on many occasions. I was always in charge of training my parents’ dogs for walking, so I’m really conscious about what side of me my dog walks on and little things like that.

Tip for staying late!
As always Katey goes above and beyond to make sure the time she spends with my Oakley wears her out! I love that she takes so many pictures and sneaks in extra cuddle time 🥰
Katey is the sweetest human & I am so thankful for Katey’s heart. Willow is so spoiled each time Katey arrives and Willow is sleepy after every visit! I’ve been using this service for about a month and Katey is reliable and treats my dog with tons of love.

Katey was amazing! They took incredible care of our dog and cats while we were away for the weekend. We had great communication, lots of photos, and they took care of our pets like they were their own. Can’t recommend them enough!!
Katey is AMAZING with dogs, cats, any animals in general really! They're an extremely sociable person who lights up any room they step into, and I swear I've never seen a single animal who didn't immediately love them

Schedule
Right now it’s summer time so I have lots of time on my hands to come check in on your pets! During the school year my schedule will change for obvious reasons but I’d love to help out this summer!
