I’ve lived with cats most of my life and currently have my own cat who’s been with me for over two years. My family also has two cats that I helped care for before moving to Canada. After 6 months here I adopted my lovely Finnigan as I missed so much for my cats. I understand how different each pet’s personality can be and how important it is to make them feel safe and comfortable. I can feed, play with, clean litter boxes, and give oral medication if needed. Whether it’s a shy furry friend who needs gentle attention or a playful one who loves interaction, I treat every pet as if they were my own.

Kateryna did great taking care of my 2 cats. She was responsive and gave regular updates on how they were doing. Yuki requires asthma medication and Kateryna quickly gained Yuki’s trust to let her give him the medication. Happy to say that you can’t go wrong in having Kateryna take care of you pets :)

Kateryna was so great with Toby during his stay. Toby developed a fear of elevators and stairs which made it even harder for Kateryna and her husband but they didn’t lose their calm and kept trying to take him outside. The communication was great too. Thanks guys
She was absolutely amazing and took great care of our puppy. She did amazing updates and communicated wonderfully with us! Was flexible with drop off and pick ups also!

Schedule
I currently work about 30–35 hours per week, which gives me plenty of time and flexibility to care for pets. I can follow any specific feeding or medication schedule, clean litter boxes, and spend quality time playing or keeping them company.

I always make sure that every pet I care for feels safe and comfortable. In my home, I keep a calm and quiet environment with no loud noises or unsafe objects. I make sure windows and doors are secure at all times, and I use only pet-friendly cleaning products. When I visit a client’s home, I carefully follow all instructions to keep the cat’s routine and environment consistent. I pay close attention to details — feeding schedules, litter box cleaning, and any special needs. I respect every home as if it were my own and always prioritize the pet’s safety, comfort, and trust.

A typical day
A typical day with your pet would be full of care, attention, and fun! I start by making sure they are comfortable and have everything they need, including food, water, and a cozy place to rest. I spend time playing with them, brushing or petting them, and keeping them entertained. I follow their usual routines, making sure they feel safe and happy. If it’s a dog, I’m happy to take them for walks, explore the neighborhood, and make sure they get plenty of exercise. I always pay attention to their behavior and mood, so they feel loved and cared for throughout the day.
