I've grown up around animals (cats, dogs, & snakes) and actively cared for them for as long as I can remember! I currently own 2 cats and foster three more, one of whom has special needs. My partner and I also have a room full of fish tanks, both fresh and saltwater, so finned friends are no problem. I have owned reptiles previously, so I am open to a wide variety of pets (or plants) in all shapes and sizes.

Each animal is unique— I love spending quality time with them so I can get to know their individual personalities and quirks. I enjoy putting in the extra effort to earn their trust. I am experienced with elderly pets, and can give medications if necessary. I can help maintain long-haired pets' coats. I have seen all sorts of pet-related messes, and I have no problem cleaning them up. I will gladly learn the needs of each pet, and adapt to make them as comfortable as possible while you're away!

Kate was so wonderful to work with. Provided regular updates, and was super sweet to our girl when she was having some tummy issues. Went above and beyond to address it and was so wonderful. It really took the stress out of going away on a trip, and she took great great care of our place. Highly recommend Kate!
Kate has been taking care of my animals for me for several years now when I go on vacation. I never have to worry about the health and safety of my pets: including my reptiles and fish. She is very kind and patient and always works as hard as she can for the animals in her care. I have a very shy cat and he is always relaxed and happy when I return home-- and so am I, because I have peace of mind with Kate taking care of my babies. Fantastic sitter.
Kate is a highly personable and detail oriented pet lover. We work with her to trap and foster animals. She is responsible for multiple pets in her own home and has a cared for our 9 fur babies multiple times, remembering and fulfilling all of their specific feeding and care needs. Kate is the most knowledgeable people on animals that I know! Each pet they know is a unique case and they will learn whatever is best for them. Kaye has helped me take care of several cats, each with their own unique personalities and needs which Kate took note of. If you want a very detail-oriented pet sitter, Kate is your person!
Kate has been consistently good at caretaking our grumpy cat and our active dog. She figures out how to approach each animal to help them relax. For a few years we had a snake in the house. She was comfortable with the feeding, watering and maintenance. Poppet has since passed. Kate is willing to learn owner routines, boundaries and preferences. She communicates effectively with texts and email based on situation and what the owner wants. We will continue to use her
Kate has helped care for my cat and has done an exceptional job! She loves animals, and is passionate about their care. Besides her own pet cats and fish, she also fosters stray cats, socializing them for adoption. She is attentive to their needs and enjoys playing and connecting with them. Programa
My availability is very open, since pet-sitting is my primary job. Weekends or weekdays work equally well for me. I will structure my schedule around whatever pet I am house-sitting for, to give you the peace of mind that they're healthy and happy while you aren't home.
