We didn’t have to worry about our fur baby while we were gone for 5 days. Katelynn checked in with us several times a day with photos and asked question as needed.

Katelynn was wonderful! She took such great care of our boys while we were gone, sent regular pictures and updates, and helped us feel good about our vacation knowing our fur babies were in good hands. We would definitely book with her again!

Katelynn is a nice person, however, it does seem like she wasn't paying attention to my dogs. I came home from a 4 day business trip and there was dried dog feces on my living room carpet, and vomit on my bedroom carpet. She said she didn't notice, but I could smell it when I got in the house. There were a few other issues, such as my kitchen having sticky residue and ants suddenly, as well as the dogs not being walked once. She did state she had hurt her knee, but when we conversed further, it sounds like she hurt it years ago. We had 2 meet and greets, both times I stated my terriers need 2-3 walks daily, and she confirmed multiple times she was comfortable that. It does seem like she knew she would not be walking them when she agreed to the job, and that feels very deceptive.

This being my first sit with Rover I was very nervous to have somebody take care of my 7-month-old puppy. I had posted notes about what the dog could do in the backyard and I don't believe that was followed because she jumped over the fence and brought things to the grass. I assumed that the sitter would pick up dog poop I told her where to put it but it was never picked up. Anyway I think she needs more experience before she can sit for others.

Katelynn, did a great job watching Cash and Rustic, Cash is an old guy and needs lots of care. Came back and my babies were great!
