Can I pet that dog?

Lifelong lover of all animals. I have a masters degree in wildlife biology and work as a Park Ranger. This is the first time in my life I haven’t had a dog and/or cat of my own and missing all the joy they bring. It would be an honor if you trusted me with yours. Open to moving at their pace and your preference, whether that’s a senior dog that just wants a lap in the park or a puppy who’d like to go for a hike. Would consider boarding after meeting pets and ensuring everyone (human and animal) is comfortable.

Safety, trust & environment

Safe, healthy, happy pets and people is my priority. I understand how pets are members of a family and currently have two very spoiled rabbits in my home.

Katelynn is the not only one of the best pet owners I've ever met, but she also among the most responsible people I know. I have worked with her for over 7 years and lived with her and her bunny and have first hand seen how well she can handle different situations and how caring she is with animals. She currently has two bunnies who are thoroughly spoiled for, with ample space, second cut hay, and fresh garden veggies. When her bunny Beau got sick, she did whatever she could to try and nurse him including administering IV and medicine. Shortly after he passed away (rest in peace friend), she rescued her bunny Lou, who was clearly a domesticated bunny released, from her neighborhood. Then she got her second bunny as a bonded rabbit, after taking Lou on some bunny dates, and took them to a bonding specialist to ensure they would have the best chance to bond. She has rescued multiple cats, including newborn kittens, from our place of work when they were dumped, making sure they were cared for through dehydration and would make it safely to the shelter. Katelynn loves dogs - so much so she wants to become a dog walker after seeing all the folks in our local park walking their pets in the evening. She doesn't have one because of her rabbits, and because she doesn't feel she has the space for one to love comfortably. This just goes to show more how great of a pet caregiver she is! I would definitely recommend her to take care of their pets - she'd be the first one I called!

My dog and I have known Katelynn for many years and can confidently recommend her as a trustworthy and caring dog walker. She is responsible, dependable, and genuinely loves animals. I would feel completely comfortable having her care for my dog and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable dog walker.
