I’m now running pet services full time so I’m home pretty much all day if you are boarding your pet with me, with the exception of me going out for pet check ins randomly throughout the day! My boyfriend, Zach, and I do live together , i put this in here just as a heads up that there is a male in the home in case your dog doesn’t like males, also to avoid possible future confusion about who’s in the house hold.

Anytime I feed the animals, my two eat together and when I have others I make sure to separate them just to avoid any arguments with them just to be safe. I’ll make sure to send as many pictures as you’d like to make you feel more comfortable with being away from your pet! I’ve never actually had anyone but myself watch my animals so eventually when I have to, I think about what I would want out of my sitter! Please don’t hesitate to ask questions about anything!

If your pet has any specific eating schedules or allergies just write them down or text me about them and I’ll make sure to follow them :) FOR BOARDING/DAY CARE: 1. I feel this should be a given but has been an issue; I will NOT watch pets if they have flees! Regardless if we have a booking scheduled, I will cancel the visit and have you pick up. 2. I understand things happen but not to the extent it has been; I never pick drop off/pick up times therefore, the times I’m given must be the best time for you. So if you will be running late PLEASE let me know. Understand this is because I have check ins for other clients and other drop off/pick up times that are already in place. I’m a very accommodating person so please respect my time as I do yours.
A typical day
I’d love to watch all kinds of different animals. Let me know if your animal usually crate trained/ able to be loose in the house. I have lots of toys, beds, and there is one large continuous filling water bowl outside that’s connected to the hose/house so you won’t need to bring any water bowls unless you want to which is ok too!

I love doing anything involving animals, I’ve been around all different sorts of animals my whole life. Ive taken 3 years of vet tech courses (not interested in that career path anymore for those who ask) and also used to work at the Brevard Humane Society in the shelter part of it and I absolutely loved it. While I worked there I went through a course of dog training and administered any kind of meds/chips animals have needed. Also while I was there I got to experience how to handle senior animals, kitten/puppies, and other smaller animals like birds, bunnies, Guinea pigs, etc. I have a large fenced in backyard along with two pups of my own,(Nova and Nala) and an inside cat (Blue). They are really my kids that I didn’t have to birth lol.

Our dogs had a great time. We would definitely have Katelynn watch them again. She was very friendly and responsive.
Katelynn did an amazing job taking care of my dogs. My maniacal Aussie came home tired, and my very shy Shiba came home well fed and not feeling all skittish/scared afterwards.
