Hi! My name is Katelynn and I own an adorable 2 year old named Twix (first photos) who I adopted and raised from 8 weeks old! I love being around dogs and cats, adventuring and spending time them- not only because they enjoy it- but because I truly do. Taking them out on hikes/walks, playing with them in dog parks, or even just cuddling on the couch is true therapy for me. I want to be able to give my services to people and animals in need because I simply love to do it. It isn't as much "work" for me as it is a passion. I take my own dog out regularly and enjoy it to the point I want to do it more! I have been an animal lover since I was young. I rode horses as well and had a lot of experience with various farm animals growing up. This is my full time job to allow me to give 24/7 care and attention to your pets, a sitter who would love to light up your animals day!

Katelynn is truly amazing! This was our first time leaving our 5.5-month-old German Shepherd puppy, Koko, since rescuing her at just 10 weeks old, so naturally, we were very hesitant. When our original care plans fell through at the last minute, Katelynn stepped in without hesitation—and we’re so grateful she did! From the moment we met her, we could tell she had a genuine love for animals. Seeing how lovingly she cared for her own dog, sweet Twix, instantly put us at ease. What really stood out was Katelynn’s exceptional communication. She sent us frequent updates with videos and photos that clearly showed how happy and comfortable Koko was—whether she was playing outside with Twix, waiting patiently for treats, or snuggling up with Katelynn. It was obvious our pup was in great hands. We would absolutely recommend Katelynn to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate pet sitter—and we will definitely be using her again!

Schedule
Since I do this full time, I am able to aid to pet care whenever necessary. My own dog stays home with me and I ensure she gets proper physical and mental stimulation. If I am watching dogs, I typically don’t leave except for the gym for an hour a day. I will always prioritize the dogs’ needs first, however, your dog must be okay with being alone for short periods of time.

*** My business is fully insured by Pet Sitters Association *** For my own dog and other animals I have watched, I always ensure they get the proper level of activity, love and attention need based on their own needs. Whether that be playing with the ball, a daily walk or two, or just snuggles and love! Let me know what your dog loves and I will be sure to accommodate as much as I can!

A typical day
Of course, depending on your own preferences and requests, I will adjust, but I give the dogs free roam of the house and take them out to the large fenced yard multiple times a day for play time and fresh air. I will take the dogs on individual walks if requested! We can go over any other requests you may have as well!
