Unfortunately, we would not book with this sitter again due to two issues that affected our trust during overnight stays. We have an indoor camera in a common living area that was fully disclosed before booking, including its purpose and when we would access it, and she agreed to this arrangement. During her first stay, the camera went offline shortly after she arrived and came back online after she left. We hoped it was a technical issue. During her second stay, the exact same thing happened. Because we had questioned it the first time, we kept a second camera operating in a separate, inaccessible room. That camera remained online throughout the stay while the living-area camera went offline during her time in our home and returned online after her departure. Based on this pattern, we believe the living-area camera was intentionally disconnected. We were also concerned when she told us she would be leaving approximately four hours earlier than our agreed-upon end time because of another pet-care commitment. We had specifically booked care until 3:00 p.m. so our dog would be let out late enough to comfortably make it until we returned home that evening. After we told her leaving early would not work and was not our agreement, she returned to take our dog out again. Our dog was cared for, but when someone is staying in our home and caring for our pet, we need to trust that agreed-upon arrangements will be honored. Given these experiences, we would not use this sitter again.
Katelyn is/was such a great dog walker! She met with me right away to meet my dog and responded super quick! She sent lots of pictures and made sure he was well taken care of when I was gone. Would highly recommend:)
