Both my aunt and uncle are retired veterinarians, so caring for animals runs in the family! I have grown up with/have taken care of dogs and cats all my life. I am also a runner, so if your dog would like to go for a run and not just a walk, that would be a great option too! I also have experience working at the Pooch Palace which is a boarding, grooming, and doggy day care facility in West Lafayette. I have a dog, named Woody, who is a Rhodesian Ridgeback, and I also have a cat named Wade. I have grown up with different dog breeds such as golden retrievers, labs, and pit mixes.

Safety, trust & environment
When letting dogs outside, I make sure that the owner has a fenced in backyard to let them out in. If they do not, I always have the dogs on a leash when outside for a potty break or walk.

Katelyn did wonderfully watching our cat while we were gone! We so appreciated the frequent updates, her communication when she needed clarification on instructions I left, and ESPECIALLY her flexibility when we had to be gone longer than expected. She was happy to schedule more visits and work with our travel schedule. Highly recommend, and my kitty clearly loved the time she devoted to cuddles!
Kaitlyn was great and Ag had a wonderful time! I very much appreciate her staying with our puppers and last minute! Highly recommend her and would ask her to sit for us again! ☺️
Katelyn did an excellent job taking care of our three pups while we were on vacation. Even our older black lab who is hard of hearing and sight.
Katelyn did a great job house sitting with our 5 needy kitties. She communicated daily with updates. Everyone seems happy and healthy and the house was kept in good condition.
Katelyn did great with my dramatic little girl, esp with the last minute watch/stay!
Katelyn took great care of my anxious Aussie, Izzy! She took her on daily walks and gave her extra pets and attention. Izzy is 12 years old and has a complicated medicine schedule but I have no concerns leaving Katelyn in charge. I got texted pictures and updates on Izzy and Katelyn was very responsive when I wanted an update. I returned home to a very happy and healthy pup.

Schedule
I am a teacher with open availability over summer, weekend, and school breaks. I also work part time at a golf course during the summer and some weekends, but I have a pretty open schedule.
