Love dogs more than life
I had my first dog sitting job in 2011 and it went so well that they ended up giving me the dog when they had to move. I have been caring for dogs ever since, from those only a few weeks old to in their later years, and a <2 lb Pomeranian to a full grown and well fed Labrador.

We had a wonderful experience with Katelyn - she took great care of Blue, kept us updated with photos and messages, and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Blue came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring dog sitter. :)
Our experience with Katelyn was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the very first interaction, it was clear how much she genuinely cares about animals. While we were away, she kept us updated with regular photos and messages, and it was obvious our dog was happy, relaxed, and well loved. Katelyn was reliable and truly went above and beyond. Katelyn was the best! She took such great care of Koa and it is clear he enjoyed himself while in her care. Katelyn has watched our dogs twice now…and it’s safe to say we found our person (or our dogs did)! Katelyn is amazing with the pups and consistently sends pictures for reassurance of their happiness.

I just finished grad school and am taking a break before jumping into the workforce. My schedule is pretty flexible and will revolve around your dogs needs!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a small private fenced yard (with a pool) outside the front door to my apartment. Neither are huge but have been plenty when I’ve had smaller dogs stay with me for a few days (even big dogs, if they’re lower energy). It is just my fiancé and I in the home so there won’t be much stress on the dog dealing with a lot of people and activity.
A typical day
My days are flexible, and the schedule will depend on the wants and needs of each individual dog! I strive to make sure they get everything they need while including special activities tailored to them to ensure they have a good day(s) and aren’t focused on being away from their family.
