About Katelyn M.

Dog skills

10 years of experience
Oral medication administration
Can provide daily exercise

Cat skills

Oral medication administration

Safety, trust & environment

For overnight stays, I like to learn the pet’s existing routine and build my day around it to minimize any transitional stress for the animal. I believe that animals deserve just as much detailed attention as we do — this can look like relaxing brushing/grooming after a long day, regular outings in nature, daily movement (be it walks and/or play), adequate food intake, and comforting cuddles.

Pet care experience

I’ve taken care of dogs and cats ages 8 weeks to 18 years for the past 10 years, some for up to two weeks at a time. I am happy to take pets on walks and runs (even cats!), work on training skills, stop by for potty breaks and snuggles, read aloud to them, and administer medication if needed. I have experience with pets ranging in size from 2-150lbs and love them all the same — thumping tails and rumbling purrs make my heart sing!
