Absolutely. Do not use this sitter for house sitting or for pets with any special needs or health concerns. We had scheduled an extended house sitting over the holidays for 10 days. The problems started day one when she was supposed to arrive between 9 am and 12 noon and at nearly 2 pm still had not arrived, Our security cameras showed our dogs getting very stressed. One of our dogs is older and has special needs and medication schedules and she was no where to be found. We contacted her and she showed up for less than an hour then left again and didn't return for several hours again only to show up for about a half hour and then leave again for hours. This behavior continued on for several days and our neighbor had so much concerns she contacted us. We ultimately had to have our neighbor go over and check on the dogs and let them out to go to the bathroom. She sent us a video of one of the dogs cowering under a bed due to anxiety from being left alone for so long. We tried to negotiate with the sitter minimum times and expectations but each time she would tell us she would do better and spend more time with them and the immediately leave right after we talked with her. She was not trust worthy and our dogs were struggling. We had to go through Rover's Safety line and ended up getting a new sitter that finished up and did a great job and saw the dogs immediate improvement. We still ended up getting charged a cancelation fee that the sitter would not adjust even though she was the one unable or unwilling to fulfill her contract agreements. Hopefully, Rover will adjust those fees otherwise we will never use Rover again either.

Katelyn did such a great job last minute helping me out with Winter! She took care of a hotspot winter had scratched up raw as well and I came home to a happy pup will definitely book again ☺️
