Hi! I'm originally from Massachusetts, but have lived in NYC the past 6 years. I grew up loving and taking care of my family’s golden retrievers. I have extensive experience with dogs and cats and have been taking care of animals professionally for 9 years as well as having my own dogs in my parent's home since I was born. I started my own pet sitting business at the age of 13 in my small town. I took care of pets for over 50 local families until I moved to NYC for college. I have also taken care of a variety of other pets including cats, horses, goats, pigs, and chickens. I love dogs and cats and would love to help with your pet care needs. I am experienced and have tons of love to give! In addition to providing pet care on Rover, I've also spent my free time volunteering to walk dogs at local shelters in NYC and was an angel flyer (volunteered to fly a puppy back from Puerto Rico to its adopted home in NYC). Katelyn is very reliable. Nice family home setting with fenced yard. Their golden retriever Lilly is so sweet, I do not hesitate to recommend Katelyn and her family: two thumbs up!
Nice fenced backyard. Easy to coordinate with Katelyn and her mom by text. Actually never saw Katelyn; her Mom was the one at the house when we dropped our dog off. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 is that there’s not always someone at the house, so need to coordinate schedules a bit.
You know you have the right sitter when your dog pulls you into the house when you arrive! Baxter is my baby, but ignores me when we arrive at Katelyn’s house. I trust her and her family completely.

Schedule
I work in office on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays, so I am not available for boarding or mid-day visits and walks on these days. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, so I can board your pet on these days.
