very attentive Always notifies owner of any injury or concern Always informs owner of days unavailable and updates on pet Me and Jeffrey have been doing rover together for a little over two years now and we love it, he works from home and I work full time so you will never have to worry about your pet being left alone for long periods of time. Your pet will be well stimulated with two people rather than one so that they can be well rested by the end of the day. We will care for your pet adequately and accordingly so that they have the best experience possible. I am always available when needed so don’t hesitate to shoot me a text if you have any questions. We can’t wait to hear from you! I do ask that we meet at least two times or more if needed before booking so that way your pet isn’t so anxious or nervous on the day of booking so that way they can used to us and be much calmer and reassured.

Pets are shown the respect and boundaries needed to provide a safe environment for them, myself and Jeffrey all while showing them affection, love, and reassurance they need while you are away. To ensure this we like to give any anxious or unsure pets the time needed to decompress and let them come to us when ready.

We were so lucky to find Katelyn and Jeffrey through Rover. One of the things that made me want to reach out to them was that they offer multiple meet and greets to help prepare the dogs for the sitting time, and that was super important to us. We booked multiple pre-visits, which gave us the chance to help our dogs get to know Katelyn and Jeffrey and get used to having them in the house. They are both obviously real dog people, giving our dogs space and time to de-stress, not overfussing or matching the dog energy in our home. Being out in the wilds, it was also nice to have two adults stay, for both their security and our peace of mind. During the visit we had lots of photos, including some silly ones, that showed us that the dogs were chilled and having fun, sleeping and doing their normal weird doggy things. We were updated with arrival and departure times and found our home spotlessly clean on our return. We look forward to booking with Katelyn and Jeffrey again later in the year.

Katelyn always does an amazing job with our fur baby. She really eases my anxiety and my dog loves being with her. She is excellent with communication and always sends lots of photos and videos thoughout the day. We will definitely continue to use her in the future.

Katelyn and Jefferey did us a huge favor by watching our fur baby while we went on vacation. This was our first time leaving him with someone we didn’t know and so there was a lot of anxiety surrounding this. They did an an amazing job of reassuring us and sent us lots of pictures and videos while we were gone. I definitely recommend booking with them!
Katelyn did a great job with Oreo even though he had some anxiety from us leaving him for the first time. She went above and beyond.
