Hi everyone! I’m excited to be back on Rover after taking a break in 2025 🤍 I have experience caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes, both in my home and in clients’ homes. As I return, I’ll be focusing on dachshunds and small breed dogs 🐾 I now have my own pup, Zuko, so I do require a meet-and-greet before booking to make sure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and gets along well. During their stay, your pup will also have lots of fun playing and spending time with Zuko! I provide plenty of communication and photo updates so you can always feel connected and at ease while your dog is with me. Your pup will be treated like family—with lots of love, attention, and a cozy, clean space. I can’t wait to meet your pups! 🐶✨

Katelyn did great with my senior dog once again, and was super accommodating with his needs as he had just had surgery and required special care! She had no problem giving my difficult dog his medicine, better than I even could! She gave me tips to help him and I was able to administer his medicine even better the next day! The best sitter ever :)

Katelyn was our first Rover, and I’m happy to say that I felt that my puppy was in good hands from the moment I dropped him off to the day I picked him up. She gave me frequent updates with pictures and it was wonderful to see how my puppy was doing while I wasn’t with him. She answered my questions with a lot of detail and explanation, which I always appreciate. Drop off and pickup were smooth as well. Definitely will rebook when I’m back in town again!

I reached out to Katelyn as this was my dog's first time going to dog daycare. We were a bit nervous, but Katelyn was really supportive in her communications and flexible with us trying out dog sitting. When we first met Katelyn in person, Yuna (my dog) was already friendly towards Katelyn, so I knew that was a great first step. After dropping Yuna off, Katelyn provided updates shortly after on how Yuna was doing, calming my anxieties about the whole thing. I received photo updates, with good timing on breaks/walks. After picking Yuna up, I could see Yuna was very comfortable with Katelyn, as well as her partner. They took very good care of her and we plan to continue working with Katelyn for future dog daycare dates :)

Schedule
I have experience caring for dogs at all life stages, including senior care and administering medications (pills and liquids) with patience and care. I’ve also cared for extremely low-maintenance dogs who prefer to lounge, follow me around, or stay home when instructed by their owners, always adapting to each dog’s individual needs and personality. With my own dog, I follow a structured daily routine that includes scheduled meals with measured portions, daily supplements, regular brushing, and consistent exercise through walks and outings. I also incorporate mental enrichment through toys, lick mats, and puzzle feeders. This is the same level of care and attention I bring to every dog in my care, and I look forward to incorporating these fun, enriching activities during their stay with me 🐾

Safety, trust & environment
For safety and trust, my home has a small fenced backyard with high fencing, as well as a gated front area for added security. I always follow each owner’s instructions closely and respect every dog’s individual routine. Whether you prefer your dog to stay indoors, go on walks, or follow a specific schedule, I will adjust accordingly to meet their needs. I also prioritize communication and transparency. You can expect consistent updates and photos throughout your dog’s stay, and I always tailor communication to your preference—whether that’s frequent check-ins, every few hours, or a daily summary. At minimum, you will receive daily communication so you always feel connected and at ease while your pup is with me 🐾

A typical day
Fun activities are always tailored to each owner’s preferences and what is allowed for their dog. “Fun” can look different for every pup—it may be a walk, a trip to the dog park, a visit to a local regional park, or simply staying home and relaxing. I always adjust to what makes each dog feel happiest and most comfortable. I also enjoy creating enriching, low-stress outings when appropriate, similar to what I already do with my own dog, Zuko. This can include casual coffee shop visits for relaxed social time and people-watching, always prioritizing safety and the dog’s temperament 🐾

- A meet-and-greet with my dog, Zuko, is required for any boarding or daycare in my home to ensure all pups are comfortable and a good fit, especially for overnight stays. Since Zuko is fully potty trained, I prefer potty-trained dogs in my home. If your pup is still in training, please let me know in advance so I can provide extra supervision and prepare with potty pads or diapers if needed 🐾
