I am currently not working this summer, so I will be available most days! I take care of my own cat in the mornings and evenings, and do my best at playing with her for 15-30 min daily to keep her healthy. When walking my friend’s dogs during the hotter parts of the day, I do my best to walk in shaded areas and/or in grass to protect little paws.

A typical day
I enjoy playing fetch, tug of war, walking, and brushing dogs! For cats, I love playing with feather toys, the occasional laser pointer, and brushing their fur. Always nice to hang out with a cat!

Pet care experience
I’ve been dog sitting for family and friends for a very long time. My love for dogs is only increasing the more and more ❤️❤️ I love being active but don’t mind lounging around with an older or less active pup. My hours can be really early or later in the evening for dog walking. I can be pretty flexible! If taking dogs for walks, I will bring water with a bowl (and of course doggie bags!) 👍❤️

I have personally known Katelyn for years and she has a wonderful friendship with my dog. I don’t exaggerate when I tell you that my fur baby is my Baby and my entire world and I trust Katelyn 1000% taking care of my fur baby when I’m not there. She has a gentle soul and loves all animals. Ryoko has separation anxiety but she feels so comfortable around Katelyn that I don’t need to worry about a thing when I need to leave her. Ryoko prefers a stroll and sniff over a workout and Katelyn has always accommodated her curious nose. Some dog walkers prefer to power walk instead of a stroll so I was very happy to know that Katelyn let her go at her own pace. 10/10 recommendation for your fur baby. Katelyn is the one!
